Beginning in early 2020 I was a Constituent Services Representative serving as a liaison between constituents of California’s 25th Congressional District and federal agencies for casework. I specifically oversaw correspondence with the Social Security Administration, U.S. Customs and Immigration Services, and various other agencies.

In this role, I was able to provide real benefits for my fellow community members, in one case I was able to get a recently widowed mom over $100,000 in back payment from Social Security providing her and her family with real relief at a time she was couch surfing.
